"We're seeing so many buyers who want new construction," said Brenenstuhl, whose group is part of Scottsdale-based Launch Real Estate.for homes priced under $1 million, it's still a seller's market for luxury homes, she said.Looking at the homes listed with the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Brenenstuhl said she sees 17 properties in Paradise Valley on MLS that are early in the building process. They range in price between $6 million and $30 million.
That home at 6232 E. Bret Hills Drive is nearly 6,500 square feet, which includes a 1,000 square-foot guest house, and will be listed for $8.995 million, she said.
