While most people in Eagle River were preparing for firework celebrations on July 3, Bryan Brenner was fixing an unexpected flat tire. As Brenner quickly came to discover, he wasn’t alone.
ANCHORAGE, Alaska -
Midas Service Advisor Nelson Hernandez in Eagle River said his shop has seen an increase in tire repairs involving nails. While average patch repairs are relatively inexpensive, Hernandez said it depends on where the nail ends up inside the tire.
