Weather permitting, the exit only lane on northbound I-81 will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. from just south of the Lockwillow Avenue overpass to just prior to Exit 72 A-B . The travel and passing lanes will remain open, as will the Exit 72 ramps, a press release said, which continued:This $8,982,712 contract was awarded to Deblin Inc.
