The shooting took place early Saturday morning in the 600 block of North Plum Street.
The Lancaster County coroner has identified the woman killed in a shooting early Saturday morning.Lancaster City Bureau Police responded to the shooting on the 600 block of North Plum Street around 3 a.m. and upon arrival found Cartel dead from a gunshot wound. Shortly after locating the first victim, officers were notified that there were two additional adult victims at a local hospital, each with non-fatal gunshot-related injuries.
