Could be called the ‘RevueltoYou’re looking at Lamborghini’s next hypercar, snapped by our spy photographers in camouflaged form. Designed to sit atop the Sant’Agata line up, the new car will be replace thethis year. So, what does Lamborghini have in store for us – and how do you replace one of the most outrageous looking cars on the road? Keep reading for everything we know about Lamborghini’s next hypercar.
It’s a drastic departure from the Aventador – the front end is more svelte with slimmer headlights; the pillars are daintier and the rear end has been nipped-in around the outer edges of the diffuser. And check out that dual-hexagon-shaped exhaust system. Lamborghini isn’t toning its styling down any time soon.
The motors are powered by a small 3.8kWh lithium ion battery pack housed in what would traditionally be the transmission tunnel. Not so good for range , but enough to add 258lb ft of torque to the 535lb ft already produced by the V12. All, in the LB744 should be good for a maximum output of around 1000bhp. No word yet on weight, but expect the hybrid element to add to the Aventador’s circa 1.6-tonne mass.
