During the suspect’s second detention hearing Thursday,reported the suspect’s attorney, Lisa Herrick, argued he hasn’t had any problems since his arrest, but the judge declined to release him.
In a written statement, Herrick previously called the shooting a “truly tragic case” and asked the public to “reserve judgment until we are able to reveal all of the facts and circumstances.”Related Stories
