According to restraining order documents, allegedly viewed by E! Online, Kylie filed the restraining order after an incident that occurred on Tuesday, October 29. The documents allege that a man, who claimed he was in the neighborhood to visit the Kylie Cosmetics founder, had hiked to Kylie's home, which is located in a gated community, and "aggressively" knocked on her door.
A hearing on the restraining order is scheduled for November 20, according to E!, and the man has reportedly been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Kylie. Although she has not made a public comment regarding the intruder, the star did reportedly write in court documents that the incident resulted in emotional distress. "I have a young child and also fear for her safety," she wrote.that the man was arrested for being under the influence.
