Expressen understands that according to a police report, the alleged sexual assault took place on Thursday, October 10th.– This is a matter which is now being headed by a prosecutor, says police spokesperson Daniel Wikdahl.On Monday, a forensic crime unit and police investigators were observed at Bank Hotel, where Mbappé stayed during his Stockholm visit, according to Aftonbladet.
Aftonbladet, which was the first Swedish newspaper to report the rape allegations in connection with Mbappé's visit, writes that the sexual assault is alleged to have taken place in the hotel.Mbappé called the timing of the allegations ”predictable” as he is due to appear in court Tuesday for a hearing over 55 million euros in unpaid bonuses and wages that his former club Paris Saint-Germain has been ordered to pay him.
