The “RHOBH” star purchased the Encino, Calif., property with estranged husband Mauricio Umansky in 2017.
“Do you believe in supernatural stuff? Like, have you ever seen ghosts?” the TV host asked Richards during the Halloween episode. “I haven’t, I want to.”Kyle then explained that “strange” occurrences have taken place since her mother, Kathleen Richards, died in 2002.
“I’ve lost both my parents and I’ve had some things happen,” she said. “Like a lot of things happen, especially after my mom passed away.”She explained that “strange” occurrences have been happening at the house during Tuesday’s episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show.”“Things happen like lights going on where they weren’t even plugged in, really weird things,” she said.
“And then my house that I live in now was built in 1882 and moved by trolley in 1912,” Kyle, 54, added. “And I hear footsteps a lot. Every one of my family has heard the footsteps.” The reality star also revealed that her home was previously owned by Smokey Robinson, who confirmed the eerie movements at an Oscars party earlier this year.Shop our exclusive merch
