Kraft Heinz on April 22 announced that Chief Executive Bernardo Hees would be replaced with Miguel Patricio, the chief marketing officer of Anheuser-Busch InBev. Patricio will start on July 1.
Kraft Heinz on Feb. 21 reported a $15.4 billion non-cash impairment charge to write down goodwill and certain intangible assets, including the Kraft and Oscar Mayer trademarks. The company’s stock fell roughly one-third in the following few days.
