The court granted a no contact order for two individuals and imposed a 10-year discretionary firearms prohibition against Gibson.Time deemed served On Aug. 23, Palmer was granted credit at time-and-a-half for 232 days spent remanded in custody, or 348 days. Judge Angela Caseley sentenced Palmer to one day in custody deemed served by his appearance in court and 12 months of probation on the three charges.
Veinot committed the offence in New Minas between Nov. 24, 2022, and March 22, 2023. A charge of stealing money, the property of Home Depot, of a value not exceeding $5,000 was withdrawn on Aug. 29.Daniel Alan Parker, 54, of Mosherville, has been handed a conditional discharge with probation for uttering a threat to cause bodily harm to an individual.
