On March 1, Judge Christopher Manning handed Sampson a 90-day conditional sentence order on the three charges. The conditional sentence includes house arrest for the first 45 days, to be followed by daily curfew from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for the remaining time. The conditional sentence will be followed by 12 months of probation.
Seyforth was present in provincial court, in custody, on March 6. He re-elected provincial court and changed his pleas to guilty on both charges. Zinck committed the offence in Kingston on July 2, 2021. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Zinck gave blood alcohol readings of 100 and 90.
Hill pleaded guilty to the charge on Dec. 20, 2022. The matter was adjourned to allow time for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and for sentencing.Hill committed the offence in Cambridge on Sept. 14, 2022.Zoe Frances-Clare, 23, of Wolfville, has been handed a conditional discharge with probation for committing an assault.
Evan Wayne Morine, 27, of Windsor, has been handed a suspended sentence with probation for committing an assault.
