Roy pleaded guilty to the charge on April 5. Judge Christopher Manning fined Roy $2,000; sentenced him to one year of probation and imposed a one-year driving prohibition against him. Davidson pleaded guilty to the charges on April 5. Judge Christopher Manning handed Davidson a suspended sentence with six months of probation for stealing from Walmart. Manning fined Davidson $1,500 and imposed an 18-month driving prohibition against him on the impaired driving charge.
Whynot pleaded guilty to the charges on Dec. 8, 2022. The matters were adjourned to allow time for a pre-sentence report to be prepared and for sentencing. Charges of breaking and entering a building and committing an indictable offence therein; having his face masked with intent to commit an indictable offence; and another count of failing to comply with a condition of a release order were withdrawn on April 6.Austin Colin Thompson, 22, of no fixed address, has been handed a conditional discharge with probation for uttering a threat to cause bodily harm or death to an individual.
