The house at 431 King William St. sold last week after the settlement of litigation that referenced disgraced ex-San Antonio attorney Christopher Pettit.
Black has been a tenant in the property since 2016. Pettit served as the trustee for the Black Heritage Trust until his resignation May 19, the same day the Pettit subsequently filed massive bankruptcy cases for himself and his law firm, surrendered his law license and shuttered his firm. He is incarcerated after he was found in contempt of court in his bankruptcy case.
