A report this week said that Guilfoyle’s phone records had been subpoenaed and were now in the hands of the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Guilfoyle, who is engaged to Donald Trump Jr.
CNN said this week that going after Eric Trump and Guilfoyle’s phone records marked the first time the select committee has targeted members of the Trump family and represents “a significant escalation of the investigation into Trump’s role in the Jan. 6 insurrection.” On Thursday, it also was learned that the committee had sent a letter to Eric’s older sister Ivanka Trump, asking the former White House senior adviser to voluntarily cooperate with the investigation.
