Train of Thought, which teaches chess to kids from some of Los Angeles' toughest neighborhoods, has expanded its reach overseas.

It also allowed him to expand his reach to hundreds of thousands of students across the country and abroad, including virtually training chess coaches in Switzerland and Uganda. "That's been a dream of mine to be able to have an impact globally," Fletcher told CBS News.
"I really wanted to do this interview because I want thousands of people to see the big impact that chess has had on my life," the 12-year-old said.
