Berlioz addresses love, loss, and moving on. Mozart takes a snapshot of complicated people at a fragile moment of reconciliation.
Speaking from my own experience in the summer chamber music programming, here’s the backstory of how it all works. Next, find a suitable venue. Not as easy as it might seem. Some of our popular spaces for regular season concerts lack appeal in the summer. And we all know only too well that West Coast outdoor concerts are at the mercy of our fickle weather.
