Kevin Hart reportedly fractured his spine in three places after his car wreck over the weekend.

but chose to go home to receive treatment, later ending up at the hospital with"major back injuries" and needing surgery. His wife, Eniko, told the site that he was doing"great" after surgery, and now, we have another update.Kevin's spinal injuries include a fracture in three places, and he's reportedly been sedated since his surgery.Entertainment Tonight
, he has a"long road" ahead of him as far as recovery goes, and it definitely doesn't sound as if it will be easy. "Kevin's spinal injuries are very serious, he sustained several fractures and had no choice but to have surgery as soon as possible," the insider told the outlet."Since the surgery he has been heavily sedated. The physicians are doing everything they can to keep him out of pain."
