The “Yellowstone” star claims his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, is refusing to pack up her things and leave their house amid their divorce.
Costner, 68, further alleged, according to the outlet, that Baumgartner is using her position as leverage to make the “Bodyguard” actor agree to her “various financial demands.”
Costner has allegedly already given Baumgartner, 49, over $1.2 million for his prenuptial obligations, which is more than enough to find somewhere else to live. The “Yellowstone” star claimed that the former model will not leave their home after she filed for divorce on May 1.Per TMZ, in the court docs, Costner claimed that he is willing to “contribute as part of his child support obligations $30K per month for a rental house and is willing to advance another $10K for her moving costs.”Last month, Baumgartner filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.
