Kenneth Faried Joins G League Spurs
The Austin Spurs have added more proven depth to their frontcourt. Eight-year NBA veteran Kenneth Faried has joined the G League Spurs.
Last season, Faried appeared in 12 games for the Grand Rapids Gold of the G League. In those contests, Faried averaged 10.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and one block in 19.2 minutes per game. Faried had previously played in Mexico and Venezuela this season. The 32-year-old big man has played for the Denver Nuggets, Houston Rockets and Brooklyn Nets during his NBA career. He's also played for teams in China, Puerto Rico and Russia over the last three seasons.
