Katy ISD’s Cardiff Junior High School has been evacuated due to a suspicious package, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office says.
According to HCSO, Katy ISD officers responded to a report of a suspicious package at the school located in the 3900 block of Dayflower Drive on Monday.The sheriff’s office says they located a suspicious package that was left underneath a cafeteria table. TheHarris County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad is responding to the scene. HCSO units are also at the scene for crowd control.This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
