We’re told Alex Propson, a licensed captain from South Florida, was just in Steamboat Springs, Colo., where the “Winter House” cast is currently filming.
“Vanderpump Rules” star Katie Maloney publicly drooled over a potential new “Winter House” hunk – right after her ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, was spotted filming Season 3 of the spinoff miniseries.
