'It's her style.'Harris's choice of pantsuits also tend to be more neutral than the ones favored by Clinton. She wears block colors and is rarely seen in patterns.'She's not looking too outrageously different and she's certainly not looking too feminine in that role which would probably lead to more questions about her authenticity or veracity as a politician because women just get more scrutinized as a politician,' Clark said.
