Justin Bieber showcased all the expected hits during a Friday tour stop at Toyota Center: “Yummy” and “Love Yourself,” “Sorry” and “Baby.” And the sold-out crowd went expectedly wild.But the pop megastar had something special for Houston. Roughly halfway through his set, Bieber brought out Houston rapper Don Toliver for the first live performance of “Honest.” The midtempo bop was released that same day and previews a forthcoming album.
Bieber’s Justice World Tour is peak pop spectacle, a dizzying display of multilevel set pieces, sharp dancers, lasers and LED screens. Even the intro is a literal liftoff.
