One anonymous juror said in an interview that he used his experience with assault as proof that improper memories don't discredit abuse.

A letter has been sent to U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan, who presided over the case, saying that interviews given anonymously by the juror"merit attention by the Court." Some of these interviews revealed that one of the jurors had been sexually abused as a child, using it as proof that imperfect memories of the event don't discredit that it happened.

As a result of the interviews, prosecutors are urging Nathan to conduct a hearing regarding the reports in around one month. The letter said if the judge did hold a hearing, the juror should be contacted and asked if he wanted a lawyer to be appointed for him. According to The Associated Press, Maxwell's defense attorneys were not available for comment.

It is not immediately clear if Nathan will schedule the meeting, but if she does, the prosecutors said that her staff"promptly contact the juror to notify him."
