June is Pride Month. These Houston-area food and drink specials will support the LGBTQ+ community
A donation will be made to GLAAD for every Watermelon Mojito sold at The Original Ninfa's in June.Two locations will sell Watermelon Mojitos through the month of June for $13; $1 from each cocktail will be donated to GLAAD, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation.The Waffle Bus will donate a portion of sales from Taste the Rainbow Italian Ice to Montrose Grace Place during Pride Month.Waffle Bus’s two locations will offer Taste the Rainbow Italian Ice for $4.
The Tex-Indian fusion restaurant, 519 Shepherd, is offering the All CNI cocktail and a Pakora Fritter for Pride Month. A portion of sales will be donated to Montrose Grace Place.Arnaldo Richards’ Picos diners can designate 20 percent of their tab to be donated to Montrose Grace Place when making a reservation on resy.com. In addition to this support for Pride Month, there is a Bacardi Mojito Bucket offered in June.
