A judge will decide if the man accused in Tupac Shakur’s murder will get house arrest. The Nevada judge hasn't decided on whether Duane "Keffe D" Davis will be released from jail and face house arrest until the start of his murder trial this fall in the 1996 killing of the rap legend in Las Vegas.According to the Associated Press, the judge noted that Davis might be freed on a $750,000 bond if he can prove the money set aside for his release was earned legally.
If convicted, he could face life in prison.
