“I’m not in a position to give my decision today,” Serbu said during proceedings at Halifax provincial court.Serbu rescheduled to give his decision at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 19. “The longer this goes on, the longer it won’t be over. So this whole incident, which really has caused a lot of pain, is continuous and that’s what difficult is that she wants this to come to conclusion … so it’s just difficult the longer it goes on.”

But things escalated as people banded together to try to stop the removal of two temporary wooden shelters.
