He said public policy follows corporate leadership, and challenged the crowd to be intentional about DEI. It's part of the mission, he said. And he sees banks as having a critical mission, particularly in downturns.He encouraged UNC students to observe the world around them."A lot of the learning you’re going to do is going to be not in school," he said.
