Joe Biden is wrapping himself in the banner of the Obama years as a chief selling point to voters
MANCHESTER, N.H.—At the start of his third presidential bid, Joe Biden likes to bring up his kinship with the man he calls “Barack.”
Campaigning in New Hampshire, the former vice president invoked former President Barack Obama repeatedly, pointing to their partnership to curb global warming and pass the Affordable Care Act in an effort to draw a contrast with the person he hopes to challenge next year, President Trump.
