"Well, I need to win it. I need to win it. But I’ll be candid with you. There’s degrees. I want to be fair to everybody concerned. But uh, we need to be in the playoffs. We need to be viable in the playoffs to be a successful season," he said. "But I don’t know about the secret sauce. I’ve had a lot of sauce too.
At Tuesday’s news conference before anybody could ask, Jones tried to quiet the coaching speculation.
