Zoe suffers from cerebral palsy, andThe clip shows Zoe meeting Lopez, and the two take pictures together and exchange adorable remarks in Spanish, calling each other "pretty." Zoe's mom gets understandably emotional at the end, thanking Make-A-Wish for making it all possible.
