The veteran executives will oversee the booking department at the concert and festival promoter.
Vee and Yacoubian will oversee the booking department, headquartered at Goldenvoice’s offices in Los Angeles, while continuing to act as talent buyers for their respective festivals and venues, reporting to Goldenvoice president“Goldenvoice is a company that has endlessly supported my creativity and career growth,” said Yacoubian in a statement.
“It is a privilege to play such an important part in the ongoing growth, creative strategy and success at Goldenvoice,” said Vee in a statement, adding, “I am inspired by the people and culture around me every day and look forward to continuing to push boundaries in a leadership role at this company.”
Vee started at Goldenvoice in 2002 and currently books and produces the Stagecoach and Just Like Heaven festivals while helping oversee booking strategy across many of the company’s festivals in AEG Presents’ global portfolio. While under Vee’s direction, Stagecoach has been recognized by both the Academy of Country Music and International Entertainment Buyers Association and was listed as the third-highest-grossing festival in the world inand two-time IEBA talent buyer of the year award winner.
