A 29-year-old man is dead after being found unresponsive in a cell on the medical floor at the Jefferson County jail.
William Thornton | [email protected] to the sheriff’s office, deputies found a 29-year-old man unresponsive in a cell on the medical floor he was occupying by himself at about 5:02 a.m. today.
