Nova Scotia Supreme Court heard Wednesday that Terry Richard Johnson, 60, of Bayport, Lunenburg County, had been the intimate partner of Angie Bailey for two years before Savory’s death on June 17, 2021. She’d also worked with Johnson at his lawn care business.
After she stopped at her own home, Bailey took the ferry across the LaHave River, going to Savory’s home in Dublin Shore. Terry Richard Johnson, 60, of Bayport, Lunenburg County, pleaded guilty to manslaughter for running over Kenneth Savory over with his truck in Dublin Shore. - Facebook “Terry Johnson unintentionally struck Mr. Savory in the front of his torso with the front-end of his truck, with the momentum holding Mr. Savory on the front of the vehicle.”Johnson stopped his truck in a dip in the grass past the driveway, said the statement.
