FAIRBANKS, Alaska - On day two of the Jamison Gallion sentencing hearing at the Rabinowitz Courthouse the defense and prosecution deliberated the justification for recommended sentences.
Both the defense and prosecution argued over some of the charges and how the charges pertained to the case. The charge and definition of terroristic threatening was disputed by the defense claiming it did not fit the case well.
