Three American families living in Israel hope the Supreme Court will let them sue a U.S. nonprofit they allege funnels money to Hamas. The families, along with the Jewish National Fund, an Israeli institution that owns property throughout the country, alleged that the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights provided support for Hamas’s program of sending rockets and incendiary balloons and kites over the border, where they caused injuries and property damage.
