The meaning of this ink ultimately remains a mystery for now, but this isn't the first time that speculation has arisen about the meaning behind Miley’s tattoos. Performing at the MTV Video Music Awards in August, Miley was seen sporting, and was spotted with a lyrics from The Pixies on her left arm. The tattoo reads, "My head was feeling scared, but my heart was feeling free," and naturally, many believed the work could have been related to her recently announced separation.
