A series of suspicious fires in Napanee, Ontario has left residents alarmed and investigators searching for the cause. Two fires occurred early Monday morning, destroying a community centre and a home garage. Two days later, another garage was burned down nearby. No injuries were reported, but 20 homes were evacuated. The estimated cost to replace the community centre is in the millions. The investigation is ongoing.

Laursen said her family has no connection to the agricultural society beyond the fact McKinley is her neighbour. She and her neighbours are "very scared.
