Construction crews will start a “slow rolling closure” on Peña Boulevard leaving the airport between Tower Road and East 56th Avenue at 1 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday so workers can replace a damaged overhead electronic message board sign. Peña Boulevard leaving the airport will also be closed once an hour between Jackson Gap Street between 11 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday so crews can transport and set bridge girders on E-470.Airport officials expect traffic impacts to and from DIA, and drivers should allow for more time or use public transportation.This city offers people moving to Colorado the best bang for the buck
