Tarrant County can get free flu shots at Albertsons, Kroger and Tom Thumb pharmacies
at all Albertsons, Kroger and Tom Thumb pharmacies in the county through March 31, 2023, according to a public health post on the Tarrant County website.
Tarrant County residents lacking insurance can go any of the 18 Alberston’s locations, 30 Kroger’s pharmacies and 12 Tom Thumb sites. There will not be an out-of-pocket cost to the recipient. Tarrant County will reimburse those costs to the participating pharmacies. For residents that have insurance, most cover the flu vaccine, as a covered benefit each year without any out-of-pocket costs to the recipient.
