A huge former school in Preston which was transformed into flats is set to be auctioned off
Property investors could bag themselves the opportunity to own multiple sources of income with the bidding. The building is accessed via St Mary's Street and Dunmore Street and was used as a school around two centuries ago.

Images of the self-contained flats show greyscale décor with ashy floorboards and white walls. En suite bathrooms are fitted with shower cubicles with overhead showers, sink units and toilets alongside heated towel racks. Both the walls and the flooring of the small bathrooms are decorated with sleek tiles.
