The in-laws and nephew of NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnson were found dead in what police suspect was a murder-suicide.
Tue, Jun 27, 2023, 8:14 PMThe father-in-law and mother-in-law of seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson were found dead Monday in a suspected murder-suicide.
"The release also says that [officers] found one victim, later identified as Jack Janway, laying in the hallway inside the house. Shortly after that, they heard another gunshot from further inside the house. "Once more officers arrived, a search began of the residence and they found Terry and Dalton dead inside the house."
"It was traumatizing to find out that a long-standing family who had made so many contributions to our community were involved in this type of incident,". "It was even more bone-chilling to find out there was a child involved. Dr. Janway has worked on me. We've been acquaintances for a very, very long time since I've been in Muskogee. Just knowing that it was him and his family took a different toll on me.
