In historic honor, N.J. Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver to lie in state as funeral arrangements announced
A funeral service will be held at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark on Saturday, Aug. 12, Murphy spokesman Mahen Gunaratna said Thursday.
All of the services will be open to the public, although her burial will be private.
