A Hollywood makeup artist and hairstylist pull back the curtains on their creative process for designing red carpet beauty looks.
. In the bi-weekly IGTV series, Park and Scarlett pull back the curtains on their creative process by designing hypothetical red carpet moments. In each episode, a stylist presents a runway look and the occasion they're styling it for, and then Park and Scarlett task themselves with coming up with the perfect hair and makeup combination for this make-believe moment.
"It's so much more than the two hours before the car pulls up," explain Park and Scarlett in a joint interview. "It’s sometimes weeks of creatives working together, pushing each other to create something timeless and memorable. Hair and makeup can drastically change the way a dress is perceived.
As for the name of the show? It reveals just how close Park and Scarlett have become, having weathered several awards and film festival seasons together. "We have so much fun collecting images and pushing each other creatively. So much so that when we’re on tours we always ask for adjoining rooms so we can keep the conversations going while we’re getting ready in the morning or heading to bed at night, yelling things to each other from our beds.
