Starting Nov. 4 through the rest of the year, IHOP and Elf on the Shelf came up with a menu perfect to get you into the holiday spirit.
USA TODAYThe Elf isn't just on the shelf at IHOP, Santa's helper is now part of a special holiday menu.
“We’re so excited to ring in the holidays by announcing a partnership between IHOP and The Elf on the Shelf, two beloved, family brands,” said Alisa Gmelich, IHOP vice president of marketing, in a statement. IHOP says every restaurant has adopted its own elf that will be moved around daily and customers are encouraged to try and find the elf in different hiding spots and to watch for the elves' shenanigans.
“We hope that just as families enjoy celebrating The Elf on the Shelf tradition in their homes, they’ll equally experience the magic of the elves and their culinary talent at IHOP restaurants across the country this season," said Chanda Bell, co-author of The Elf on the Shelf book, first published in 2005.
