IEP Utility Holdings LLC, a unit of Icahn Enterprises L.P. , is raising the tender offer price for Southwest Gas Holdings Inc. to $82.50 a share in cash from a previous price of $75 a share. The new price is equal to a 10% premium over the prior price and a 27% premium over the closing price of the shares at $64.92 on Oct. 13, the last trading day prior to the initial offer.
