Haag classified Disney’s seemingly superficial approach when auditioning employees as “traumatizing” because “it’s based off solely your looks.” “One of the worsts parts for me was simply comparing myself to others,” the ex-princess revealed, as well as watching out for coworkers who were always ready to “sabotage you.”
The supposed toxic work environment and shallow standards took a toll on her, calling it “physically and mentally exhausting.” Many people flooded the distressed former princess’ comments, praising her transparency and time as Disney royalty.
