When I first arrived at the Swinemoor Lane store on a fairly quiet Wednesday lunchtime, the first thing I thought was 'wow I've travelled over an hour from my home, to visit an Aldi that looks exactly the same as my local store in Morley. It meant you wouldn't be bumped into by 100 trolleys during your shop, plenty of space for wheelchairs and prams too - there would definitely be no supermarket bumper cars going on.
The eco-friendly fridges were 10/10 for their presentation of the stock too, they were hugely convenient and made it very easy to find whatever you were looking for - and all seemed to flow well. I was even surprised to find that there were some fancy numbers in the special buys aisle, with some quite swanky home wear, accessories and of course those all important Christmas decks. But most importantly it had everything you would expect to buy from an Aldi middle aisle from slow cookers and kitchen accessories to kids toys and clothes.
