Just before 9:30 p.m., PennDOT confirmed that all northbound lanes were still closed between Exit 107: US 209 - Tremont/Tower City and Exit 119: Highridge Park Road. The crash, which started near mile marker 116 in Foster Township, occurred around 10:30 a.m., authorities said.
